We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to develop and execute our social media strategy. This role involves managing our social media accounts, creating engaging content, and growing our online community. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Italian cuisine, a keen eye for design, and a knack for storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage and oversee social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content, including photos, videos, stories, and posts that highlight our menu, events, and restaurant atmosphere.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster a sense of community.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply that knowledge to increase the effectiveness of our social media efforts.
- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet performance goals.
- Organize and promote special events, contests, and promotions to drive traffic to the restaurant.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the hospitality or food industry.
- Strong knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity and an eye for detail.
- Basic photography and videography skills are preferred.
