Staffing Relations Manager
We are looking to train the right person for this new team. As a Staffing Relations Manager, you will be responsible for working with new and existing clients, supporting HR/Onboarding with new hires, help sales team with marketing and so much more!
This role will require a person with a true hustler spirit, or a recent grad that is looking to put their new skills to the test. You have a chance to work alongside the owners and executive team daily and perfect your newly taught trade.
Key responsibilities include:
- Be the primary POC for end client communication
- Collaborates with partners to support business development planning and execution.
- Identifies and develops action plans to leverage and expand our market.
- Effectively organizes information, gathers resources, and manages multiple projects.
- Generates high quality work products in multiple formats (e.g., presentation slides, Excel project plans, Word documents).
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to accomplish multiple assignments and deliverables on an ongoing basis under very tight deadlines.
- Supports the full lifecycle of recruitment from inception to completion.
- Creates and maintains tracking and reporting tools as necessary (e.g., spreadsheets, databases, and reports).
- Communicates effectively with all levels of partners, staff and firm management.
