Ro Health is looking for a Paraprofessional/Behavioral Class Aides to provide support for in-school cases for the Corona, CA and surrounding areas for the fall 2024/2025 school year. Overview:

- Target Start Date: August 2024-June/July 2025
- Behavioral Class Aides-Compensation starting at 21.50/hr based on experience and qualifications
- Paraprofessionals-Compensation starts at 19.00 based on experience and qualifications.
Requirements:
- Must have some classroom experience and ABA experience.
- 48 units completed in an AA/Bachelors program or CBEST test completed
- Experience in a licensed/certified position
- Extensive experience assisting with behavioral issues in the classroom, or is currently studying to become a certified behavioral analyst.
- Experience or formal education in applied behavior analysis is required.
- High School Degree or higher
- RHDA Form
- Strong assessment skills
- Strong ability to work in a team environment
- Great with kids with developmental disabilities

- Assist the teacher in classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Support students with special needs, implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) effectively.
- Utilize strong communication skills to interact with students, parents, and staff members.
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors and social skills development.
- Collaborate with the teacher to develop and implement educational activities that cater to diverse learning needs.
- Provide support in implementing applied behavior analysis techniques to address behavioral challenges effectively.
