As the heart and soul of StoreEase, the Facilities Maintenance Coordinator will play a vital role in the success of the organization. You will be responsible for upholding facility standards for our customers and ensuring that daily operations at each facility run smoothly. Facility coordinator acts as the liaisons between customers, the facilities and various internal teams at StoreEase, from virtual managers to marketing to accounting and more. This is a highly dynamic, operations-centric role that will test and develop many different skillsets.

Every Facility Maintenance Coordinator team member will contribute in helping to improve StoreEase's technology, processes, and ultimately, customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will handle all interactions professionally and efficiently, be process-driven, enjoy using technology and software, meet data-driven metrics and goals, and above all, act in a professional and courteous manner when interacting with customers, facility owners and the many other parties and vendors involved in the fast-moving and operationally intensive industry of self-storage.
Responsibilities
- Help manage daily operations at our storage facilities.
- Work with virtual managers to help resolve customer issues.
- Work with maintenance contract workers at each facility to execute work orders.
- Coordinate with outside vendors to assess facility repairs and maintenance work.
- Utilize several sophisticated software to track work order history as well as facility systems and asset history.
- Help plan and execute preventative maintenance plans for critical systems within facilities.
- Work with various internal departments and c-suite for all facility related issues
- On-site diligence and maintenance visits at facilities.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree
- Highly organized and ability to multitask
- 2-4 yrs of operations or maintenance related work experience
- Knowledge of facility maintenance a plus
- Must enjoy using software/technology to manage daily workflow
- Process-oriented attitude
- Desire to learn and grow
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
