Job Description:
As the Kitchen Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our kitchen operations, ensuring excellence in food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. You will manage a talented team of kitchen staff, handle inventory, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure a seamless game-day experience. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for culinary excellence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership:

Lead and manage the kitchen staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.

Create and manage back-of-house schedules to ensure adequate coverage during games and events.

Oversee staff performance, providing regular evaluations and feedback.
Food Prep and Cooking:

Prepare and cook dishes for catering and concession operations, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.

Plan menus, oversee food production, and manage kitchen operations efficiently.

Ensure quality control of all dishes served.
Food Safety and Training:

Implement and oversee food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Train kitchen staff on proper food handling, preparation, and sanitation practices.
Inventory and Supply Management:

Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to maintain adequate stock of ingredients and kitchen equipment.

Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients.
Compliance and Cleanliness:

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards, conducting regular inspections and audits.
Collaboration and Customer Satisfaction:

Collaborate with front-of-house staff and other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

Address customer feedback promptly to enhance the dining experience for our fans.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, or similar role in a high-volume environment.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and sanitation practices.
