Job Description:
We are seeking a full-time, experienced, detail-oriented, and dedicated Purchasing/Accounting Manager to join our team. This position requires someone who is responsible for purchasing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general office administration. Our ideal candidate is collaborative, team-oriented, and self-motivated with a desire to make a positive impact on those around them.
Responsibilities:
· Create purchase orders, manage vendor bills to ensure accurate and timely payments.
· Order tracking and record ETA information.
· Handle any damage claims.
· Assist with generating client estimates, sign off presentations and invoices.
· Monitor customer account details for outstanding payments.
· Contact customers to resolve payment discrepancies and facilitate timely payments.
· Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
·2+ years of purchasing and accounting management experience.
·Attention to detail and time management.
·Ability to multitask.
·Strong organizational skills.
· Self-starter capable of working independently.
· Effective problem-solving skills.
· Proficient in the following programs: Quickbooks, MS Office applications.
· Strong communication and presentation skills, verbal and written.
