SWAG shipping order management specialist lead (Wave Station) oversees the wave station. They work in the warehouse and ensure all WMS operations are done in a timely manner. This position is full-time with benefits. The Lead works closely with different types of personnel, such as LPO waver, DIO waver, Ecom waver, Route waver, and shipping label creation. They report to the Shipping Supervisor but are expected to perform their lead duties independently.
Oversee General Shipping Activities
The primary objective of the shipping lead is to ensure all orders are being waved out to order pickers. Route labels are being created and turned into labeling teams. All orders entered before designated cutoff times are being waved out. All waves are processed as done. All “can’t finds” are processed 100% correctly. All packing slips are printed after waves are complete. All orders are marked shipped once cleared. All Ecom is waved out to be processed before order cutoffs. All Ecom paperwork is being printed and prepared for the Labeling team. Manifests are created and scheduled for the next day deliveries.
Train Staff
