Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support in a legal office setting.
Duties:
- Greet clients and visitors with a professional demeanor
- Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous manner
-Process potential client intakes as needed
- Schedule appointments
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Maintain office organization and orderliness
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently
- Coordinate document preparation and distribution
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in clerical tasks and order entry
- Knowledge of legal office procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with legal terminology or experience as a legal receptionist preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 or similar office software
- Ability to operate office phone systems effectively
- Previous experience as a personal assistant is advantageous
