Optimized Independence is seeking a passionate and dedicated pediatric speech therapist to join our homecare team. The successful candidate will work with children of all ages, providing assessment and treatment for a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting evaluations and assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for children with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborating with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children
- Keeping detailed records of progress and communicating with families and other healthcare professionals regularly
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure or certification as a speech-language pathologist
- Experience working with children with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to patient's homes.
