Web Industries a 100% employee-owned company (ESOP), which brings a lot of advantages to the people who work here—beyond the great pay and excellent benefits. You’re not just an employee, you are an employee-owner, with a vested interest in the success of the company.
At Web Industries, employee ownership creates a work environment based on collaboration that drives a more genuine commitment to serve our customers, which ultimately benefits all employee-owners.
Web Industries’ founder, Bob Fulton, believed that the people who create the value of a company, the employees, should share in that value. In 1985, Bob sold the company to the employees to make that vision a reality. Since its inception as an ESOP company, Web’s results have met or exceeded the Compounded Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of the Standard and Poor’s 500 index.
