```Job Overview```
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The Human Resources Assistant will provide administrative support and assist with various HR functions along with general accounting related functions. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 2-4 years of experience in the field of human resources.
```Duties```
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
- Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and changes
- Help coordinate employee training programs and maintain training records
- Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement surveys, performance evaluations, and recognition programs
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy of timekeeping records
- Provide general administrative support as needed for accounting related matters
```Requirements```
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 4 years of experience in an HR role
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
