The Bouqs Company is changing the world one bouquet at a time! We're looking for flat-out awesome Social Media and Influencer Manager to join our team!
Reporting to The Bouqs Company’s Senior Manager of Digital Marketing, you will build and define the brand’s social strategy and grow the brand’s influencer and content creator program to align with the business goals and objectives. In addition to owning the company’s social media presence, the Social Media and Influencer Manager will be expected to cultivate meaningful relationships and collaborations with influencers and content creators, activate and engage with our social community, and create engaging content that contributes to the overall strategy by staying current with platform trends and features.

Grow brand’s influencer program: build an influencer database and content library, own communication, product seeding, negotiation, and content approvals

Source and manage contracted content creators for UGC

Define and manage company social media channels, including Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook and LinkedIn, with the goal being to engage and grow audiences by channel

Manage and attend production shoots for social specific content execution

Design and execute creative and copy for social posts across channels that adheres to channel specific best practices, shares our brand narrative, and gets viewers to engage and convert

Own research, outreach, order placement and brand relationships with partnership opportunities for social first giveaways

Work cross-functionally to support social needs across teams

Prepare collateral, presentations, KPI performance and reporting summaries for team and cross-functional discussions or various meetings

Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing on content creation, social strategy, and influencer/content creator strategy

3+ years of experience leading or assisting with social media or influencers on behalf of a brand

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication and/or a related field

Passion for all things social and influencer, you don’t need thousands of followers, but you do need to be an active user

Deep knowledge and understanding of social platforms and channel-specific features: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn

Knowledge of the influencer industry and have an understanding of talent and quality content that converts

Experience in content creation, video-editing, digital marketing, and community engagement

Able to work independently, but enjoys being collaborative

Capable of writing copy that is both creative and engaging

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with influencers and stakeholders

Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

Entrepreneurial spirit, a demonstrated sense of urgency and a data-driven, results-oriented approach

Stay on top of social news to help keep the team up-to-date and strategize on ways to leverage trends

Competitive Base Salary Range of $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 USD + Equity Package
