The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. As a Front Desk concierge, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive guest experience for check-in.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a positive first impression
- Manage patient check-ins efficiently
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Collect and enter patient information accurately
- Answer phone calls, address inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate staff.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
Assist with administrative tasks, such as ordering lab tests and supplements.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth office operations.
- Support the team with additional tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a medical or therapy setting.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
