- Thursday: 4PM-8PM
- Friday: 4PM-8PM
- Saturday: 12PM-8PM
- Sunday: 12PM-6PM
JOB DESCRIPTION
This immersive music-based art installation will be open to the public April 18th through the end of December. We will be activating a space in downtown Detroit with interactive musical games.
Brand Ambassador staff will provide a number of services on site, including assisting with setup before we open, greeting customers, capturing registration information, managing the queue, answering questions on the experience, keeping the area tidy, and locking up at the end of the night. Your main role is to ensure a fun and safe experience for all attendees.
Activities Include:
- Greeting visitors as they arrive
- Ensuring each visitor signs a waiver before entering the space
- Capturing registration details from each visitor
- Assisting visitors who have questions (activation questions, restroom locations, etc.)
- Ensuring no one tampers with the equipment
Experience/Characteristics Required:
- No formal experience required, but having a customer service background is a plus
- Must be social - this position requires a lot of interaction with visitors
- Must be kind, reliable, and have the ability to adapt
