Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer service-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Provide information to visitors and answer inquiries about the company
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members
- Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as needed
- Handle customer support inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate and assist with event planning activities
- Keep the front desk area clean and organized
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in computerized systems, including data entry and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Professional appearance and demeanor
