- Manage schedules, including preparation of detailed sort term schedules. Create, manage, and implement the project schedule as per the Project Manager.
- Communicates and enforces safety procedures and site rules.
- All decision-making consistent with day-to-day field execution of the construction plan.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to craftsmen trainers/trainees.
- Delegates work and assignments to team members based on expertise, work experience, and time constraints.
- Supervise project trades to coordinate day to day project operations. Resolve conflicts regarding procedures, design clarifications, adequate labor and equipment and scheduling.

Regularly inspects work for quality and timeliness; prepares and provides progress reports to project manager; makes recommendations for necessary modifications.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in construction, industrial, and commercial settings (Required)
- At least two years of management experience as a foreman or above (Required)
- Valid Driver’s License (Required)
- CPR/First Aid (Preferred)
- Rigging/Signal (Preferred) Compensation:

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
