Clutch is looking for an Office Manager with agency experience for a client of ours.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee office operations, including managing vendors, ordering supplies, and coordinating facilities maintenance.
- Manage visitor flow, answer phones, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist HR with administrative tasks such as onboarding, filing, and data entry (as needed).
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports (as needed).
- Proactively identify and resolve office-related issues.
- Maintain office inventory and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in an office management role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
