About the Role:
As a Client Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for general administrative support to an office or group of sales professionals. This includes preparing proposals, presentations, and communications material and coordinating the distribution of internal and external marketing information.
What You’ll Do:
- Input all listing information into marketing websites and update on scheduled basis.
- Organize computer files provided by our clients/sellers.
- Organize/maintain computer files to ensure all requested documents are provided to clients/Buyers.
- Create a timeline of important dates for the real estate broker to follow.
- A few days before a deadline, call or e-mail a reminder to the team lead/broker to ensure compliance with the timelines.
- Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance.
- Remind broker of missing documents and/or upcoming important dates
- Provide weekly update to brokers regarding all marketing activities statistics.
- Input all necessary information into client database and transaction management systems.
- Schedule professional photography

- Acts as single point of contact for all data requirements from the sales team, including information related to marketing, research, and financial analysis.
