- Handle leave of absence requests and associated paperwork, such as Disability, FMLA, PFL, and Workers Compensation.
- Manage billing statements reconciliation.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new hires on benefits and ensure smooth online enrollment through ADP.
- Administer COBRA paperwork, enrollments, and payments.
- Communicate regularly with employees via email, telephone, and video conferencing.
- Assist employees in resolving inquiries regarding statements or bills.
- Foster a welcoming environment for employees during benefit or human resources-related interactions.
- Process and file ACA forms.
- Maintain employee records.
- Organize and update employee files with necessary documentation.
- Perform additional tasks as required.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
