Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the restaurant team
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and customer interactions
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings, maintaining consistency and adhering to established standards
- Manage inventory and ordering to ensure adequate supplies are available
- Train and develop staff members, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the restaurant
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for business growth
Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing a team
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and safety regulations
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience
- Experience in catering or event planning is a plus
- Culinary background or knowledge is beneficial
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
