Responsibilities:
- Be the go-to superhero: Provide enthusiastic and expert-level support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and even carrier pigeons (well, maybe not pigeons).
- Master the Payright Platform: Become a guru by immersing yourself in its features, functionalities, and integration capabilities.
- Be the customer's knight in shining armor: Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve product-related inquiries and technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction reaches new heights.
- Collaborate and conquer: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Development, Quality Assurance, and Implementation, to provide timely and accurate solutions to customer challenges.
- Voice of the customer: Advocate for our customers by capturing and documenting their feedback, needs, and desires, contributing to ongoing product enhancements and improvements.
- Continuous growth and learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product updates, participating in training sessions and workshops to expand your knowledge and skills.
Qualifications:
