**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a talented and experienced Geotechnical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geotechnical engineering principles, project management, and field investigations. This role will involve working on a variety of projects, including site investigations, foundation design, slope stability analysis, and soil and rock mechanics.
**Duties:**
- Conduct geotechnical site investigations and soil sampling.
- Perform geotechnical analysis and design for foundations, slopes, retaining structures, and other geotechnical systems.
- Prepare detailed geotechnical reports and technical documents.
- Collaborate with project managers, civil engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Supervise fieldwork and site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Utilize geotechnical software for modeling and analysis.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and staff.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, standards, and best practices.
**Skills:**
- Experience with project management and client interaction.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal geotechnical regulations and standards.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Familiarity with Project Engineering and Construction Management
- Proficiency in Geosystem Boring Logs

Qualifications
· Strong knowledge of site investigation techniques, soil analysis, and geotechnical engineering principles
· Experience in engineering geology and foundation design
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field
· Professional Engineer (PE) license (TX) is required
