The Position
As a Seasonal Recruiter you will play a critical role in the growth and expansion of our sales team. This position has the potential for career advancement opportunities and prioritization for the right candidate. You will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and hiring top-tier Insurance sales agents who can excel in our dynamic and rewarding work environment. Roles will be available to fill for both W-2 employees and 1099 contractors. Your efforts will directly impact our organization's success and profitability; you will be financially compensated with a competitive salary and bonus opportunity.
Duties
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting for various sales roles and channels within the company
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top brokers
- Utilize our internal CRM and other tools to manage candidate data and track progress
- Source brokers through various channels, including social media, and professional networks
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess interest
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with state broker managers
- Collaborate with leadership to evaluate candidates
- Provide feedback and support to leadership on recruitment best practices
- Assist in the hand off of new brokers to our state managers and/or contracting team
- Maintain positive relationships with brokers throughout the recruitment process
Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
Experience in recruiting preferred
Experience in the insurance or financial services industry preferred
Ability to utilize email and learn new client management system
Ability to build and maintain relationships with brokers and state managers
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A high degree of professionalism and the ability to represent the company effectively
Organizational skills with attention to detail
Results-oriented and motivated by performance-based incentives
