Interface Systems is looking for a rockstar Business Development Representative (BDR). The BDR will be responsible for setting qualified meetings with key security/asset protection and network decision makers in the retail and restaurant verticals for our innovative managed services including Business Security, Managed Networking and Voice, and Business Intelligence solutions. They will work closely with our national accounts sales team to drive demand for Interface solutions.
Responsibilities
Research target accounts within the restaurant and retail verticals for good fits for Interface technology solutions.
Engage prospects and set meetings with C/VP/Director level decision-makers for security, network and business intelligence solutions
Achieve demand generation goals by collaborating with our national sales team.
Establish a high level of rapport and trust with prospects.
Update and monitor all qualified meetings and opportunities.
Maintain all relevant activity data in Salesforce
Qualifications
Prior experience with technology sales and/or business development preferred.
Prior experience with prospecting tech stack like Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, or similar prospecting/CRM platforms a plus.
Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and deliver business value to high-level decision-makers.
Goal-oriented and competitive spirit with the ability to meet and exceed monthly quota goals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and be a team player.
Base range for this role is $55,100 - $60,000. Pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs.
