We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Par-Time Customer Service Representative. As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their inquiries and needs. Duties:
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide product information, resolve customer complaints, and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Upsell products or services to customers based on their needs and preferences
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information as needed
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels such as phone, email, or chat
- Analyze customer interactions to identify areas for improvement in the customer experience
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze information to find appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
- Sales experience or the ability to upsell products is a plus
