SUMMARY
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Will assist office staff when needed. Must have excellent phone, computer and data entry skills and the ability to communicate and interact effectively both with internal and external customers. Must possess high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer and distribute all incoming calls and phone messages. Good customer service skills.
- Get acknowledgements and invoices from printer; distribute them in-house or mail to customers.
- Maintain the postage room. Refill postage and supplies as needed.
- Recruiting for both hourly and salary positions.
- Manage the OTC medicine cabinet in breakroom (order medicines when needed).
- Coordinate HR projects, such as, training, meetings, etc.
- Provides administrative support as needed (e.g. correspondence generation, recordkeeping, file maintenance, data entry, etc.).
- Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies.
- Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
- Any project requests by Human Resources.
- Work effectively with others in a team-based environment to accomplish company goals and to identify and resolve problems.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision.
- Comply with all company rules, safety policies and procedures.
- Ability to continually prioritize tasks to be completed as required.
- Self-starter and multi-task oriented. Able to work independently, as-well-as with others, as needed.
- Work effectively to identify and resolve problems or issues.
- Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of six months related business experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Human Resources experience preferred.
