Job Summary:
Connected Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy is a specialized outpatient physical therapy practice currently looking for a part time clinic coordinator to work Monday-Friday (hours varied).
Looking for a dependable individual with excellent communication, attention to detail and organizational skills wanting to support and help grow a woman owned business. This position is well suited for a recent college graduate with an interest in furthering their career in business/healthcare administration.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to all staff
- Manage providers calendar
- Manage front desk including checking-in/checking-out patients for appointments; scheduling appointments; collecting payments; answering multi-line phone calls; managing day-to-day front office duties
- Send intake/registration to new patients prior to appointments
- Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
- Track inventory for clinic supplies
- Support staff with turning over treatment space
- Help maintain a cleanly work space
- Communicate professionally with all stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to multitask in fast paced-environment
- Knowledge of insurance verification and referral management preferred but not required
- Working knowledge of office equipment like printers & fax machines
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends
