Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Front Counter Management:
- Greet customers warmly, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.
- Manage the front counter efficiently, handling pick-up orders with accuracy and promptness.
- Utilize Dutchie POS flow management software for real-time order tracking and Que Management.
2. Pick-Up Order Coordination:
- Retrieve and organize pick-up orders, ensuring readiness for customers upon arrival.
- Verify customer identification and order details, facilitating a secure and streamlined pick-up process.
3. Dutchie POS Flow Management:
- Leverage Dutchie POS flow management software to transition customers from the front counter to the sales floor.
- Coordinate with the sales team for accurate and real-time tracking of customer interactions and order status.
4. Customer Transition to Sales Floor:
- Effectively communicate with customers, guiding them through the transition from the reception area to the sales floor.
- Provide information on ongoing promotions, new arrivals, and relevant dispensary activities.
5. Coordination with Sales Specialists:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer preferences and specific needs.
- Use Dutchie POS flow management software to inform sales specialists of incoming customers for personalized assistance.
6. Enhanced Customer Engagement:
- Act as a bridge between the reception area and the sales floor, ensuring a continuous and positive customer experience.
- Utilize product knowledge to answer basic customer queries and provide product information.
7. Loyalty Program Integration:
- Promote and enroll customers in the loyalty program, emphasizing benefits and value.
- Educate customers on earning and redeeming points, encouraging active engagement with the loyalty program.
8. Curbside Pickup Facilitation:
- Effectively communicate with customers about curbside pickup procedures, providing clear instructions for a seamless experience.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely preparation of curbside orders.
9. Front-of-House Presentation and Cleanliness:
- Ensure the front counter area and lobby are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness standards in the lobby area, including display and waiting areas.
10. Weekly Deals and Bundle Promotions:
- Inform customers about the current weekly deals and bundle promotions.
- Actively engage with customers, promoting and explaining the benefits of weekly deals and bundle offers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective communication of weekly promotions.
11. Customer Feedback and Issue Resolution:
- Proactively seek customer feedback during the transition process, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Escalate significant issues to the Store Lead on duty for resolution.
12. Professional Phone Etiquette:
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, adhering to established phone etiquette standards.
- Use clear and concise language to address customer inquiries, provide information, and assist with phone orders.
- Ensure a friendly and engaging tone, creating a positive impression for customers interacting with the dispensary over the phone.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or hospitality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with dispensary products and services.
- Comfortable using Dutchie POS flow management software.
- Enthusiastic about promoting and explaining the benefits of the dispensary's loyalty program.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
