Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Aquatics Lead/Site Manager to be our lead instructor and site manager. As the Aquatics Lead/SiteManager, you will be responsible for providing swim lessons, supervising staff, managing daily operations, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Your days will be filled with kids splashing, having fun, and plenty of smiles & laughter. REQUIREMENTS
- Confident in the water (familiar with all four strokes)
- Complete the British Swim School Training program
- Enjoy working with children and seeing them progress
- Upbeat and ready to have fun at work - Having fun is mandatory!
- Ability to work in a positive way with a wide range of students and varying ages
- This is a 40-hr/week position, and we are looking for longer-term employees. This is not a summer job
- Must be able to work weekends and weekday evenings
- Ability to commute reliably to Stoneham, Peabody, Saugus
- Ideally, you are a solid swimmer and have an understanding of all four strokes

- Teaching or coaching experience
- CPR, First Aid, Lifeguard Certifications
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead swim instructor
- Train new instructors
- Pool Deck Supervisor
- Office and customer service (Daytime Remote Work)
- Manage daily operations, including scheduling, shift management, and swim lesson scheduling
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a clean and well-maintained facility
- Work Collaboratively with BSS leadership to coordinate activities and ensure seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly
