Job Title: Content Creator + Social Media Marketing Assistant
Location: Boise, Idaho
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated, creative self-starter to join our team as a Content Creator + Social Media Marketing Assistant. This role involves photo + video content creation, consistent posting, and interacting with our audience to enhance our brand visibility and engagement. You will also be pivotal in developing and executing social media strategies aligned with our brand's voice and objectives, as well as brainstorming and implementing marketing plans for various brand partnerships and internal operations.
Please note, we are offering a 30-day trial period to ensure a good fit for both parties. Please note, hours may vary initially as we onboard and get you up to speed. Following the 30-day trial period, there is potential for this position to transition to full-time based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Film and photograph Luke, his family and his team.
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with our brand's voice and objectives.
- Curate and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.
- Foster engagement by interacting with our audience, addressing inquiries, and nurturing community interactions.
- Collaborate with our Brand Manager, who solidifies brand partnerships, to develop and execute social media strategies aligned with our brand's voice and objectives.
- Collaborate with the team to create innovative marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional collateral.
- Support in organizing and executing marketing events and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Creative and self-motivated with strong communication skills.
- Openness to feedback and a drive for continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, and photo and video editing tools.
- Strong content creation and writing skills.
- Flexibility to adapt and multitask in a dynamic environment.
- A genuine interest in interior design, and an understanding of Timber and Love’s brand ethos and TV shows.
