- Serve as the Team lead for the Systems Engineering – Network Team supporting TSA OED.

Provide technical oversight of audio visual, telephony, mobility, and unified communications as a service support activity for TSA OED.

Provide technical oversight of Special Project Installation, Move, Add, and Change of Airport Audio/Visual equipment.

Provide technical oversight by conducting on-going Market Research and Analysis to support the documentation of industry top-rated Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) service providers.

Provide technical oversight and support by overseeing and supporting the AT&T Test and Turn Up (TTU) circuit transition initiative, replacing DHS, GSA, and Verizon circuits on the newly awarded TSA EIS contract.

Provide technical oversight for reviews of technical cloud calling overview requirements. documentation, performance metrics reports, root cause analysis reporting, daily operation reports, incident management reports, request for change documentation.
- Review and analyze project tasks, schedules, and resources and make changes as appropriate.
- Review, analyze, measure, track, and evaluate weekly progress against the technical initiative and project plans.

Evaluate current IT system processes, including monitoring faults, performance and capacity, and collaborate with IT Operations Leadership on continuous process and quality improvement.

Lead and participate in research, architecture, and design of complex systems, including customized applications, including assets, tools, configurations, and investments.

Research, develop, update, and maintain program documentation, including the preparation of ad-hoc reports and technical requirement reports.

Support development of process flows, templates, and use of industry Best Practices.

Provide support for contractual deliverables, including Weekly Status Reports, Monthly Status Reports, Quarterly Status Reports and Assessment Reports.

Attend meetings with Government personnel and provide recommendations, as needed.

Evaluate and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) that include timely communication, documentation, and accurate record-keeping as determined by the Government

Must have an information technology/audio visual/telephony background.
-
Must have a systems engineering background.
- Strong information technology acumen.

5+ years demonstrated knowledge and experience using Federal or DHS systems.

Ability to effectively and efficiently work on simultaneous projects.
- Ability to quickly recognize and prioritize competing tasks.

Ability to establish and maintain a collaborative relationship with stakeholders at various organizational levels to support.
