As our company continues to grow, we are searching for a Purchasing Assistant to join our team.
An individual in this role will support the Purchasing Coordinators by providing the most accurate and complete information to ensure the company can provide timely and comprehensive estimates to our clients.
Responsibilities include:
· Posting information to Sharefile sites
· Collecting and preparing data for submittals
· Frequent interaction with both Purchasing and Estimating teams
· Electronic file management and scanning
This position requires the ability to be flexible and multi-task in a fast-moving environment. Attention to detail, strong communication, computer skills are essential. Electrical/Construction knowledge and the ability to read electrical plans and specifications are a plus.
