Lindsey & Lacy, PC, (www.lindseylacy.com), one of Peachtree City, Georgia’s leading law firms, is seeking a senior assistant/paralegal to work with one of the firm’s senior attorneys who’s practice focuses on estate planning, tax matters, corporate formation/transactions, probate matters and special needs planning. The position requires drafting memos, pleadings and correspondence, interacting with clients, calling various government agencies, organizing files, scheduling appointments, and assisting the attorney with other administrative tasks.
Important Skill sets include:
1. Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook Calendar, management of shared files;
2. Excellent organizational and communication skills;
3. Maintain attorneys’ calendars and follow up “to-do” list;
4. Good time management skills of multiple projects; and
5. Strong telephone communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
