RayAccess is looking for an energetic, self-motivated and responsible Project Supervisor/Manager for our growing small business. Our company provides exterior building maintenance and painting services for residential, commercial and industrial clients in Los Angeles.
You will visit one or several job-sites (house, building, or facility) a day to oversee the performance and supply, and ensure that safety, quality and efficiency requirements are met. You will also visit customer sites (buildings) to collect technical information, pictures and measurements for an estimate.

Job description:
1. Supervise and manage building maintenance or painting projects on sites so company safety, quality and efficiency requirements are met.
2. Help and assist crews as needed on ground control, setting up the equipment, resolving problems
3. Travel to visit properties (buildings, industrial facilities, houses, etc.) for a job walk to collect important information for proposal preparation including measurements, work quantities and count (BOQ), building details, client’s expectations, potential project constrains and hazards)
4. Communicate with Client’s representatives to ensure proper site coordination and project flow.
5. Proactively plan projects to ensure sufficient and timely supply of labor, materials and tools, safety compliance and operations efficiency.
6. Maintain effective and responsive communication within the company, and with its prospects, customers and suppliers via phone, email, etc.
7. Effectively input, update and maintain records in company CRM system (Hubspot)
8. Actively participate in weekly meeting, contributing to company growth and achievement of company goals, and regularly review and meet personal KPIs.
9. Work closely with company management on developing better systems, processes, employee trainings, manuals, etc.
10. Attend trainings, constantly self-educate and learn safety guidelines, best practices and processes for applicable trades, project operations, management, and apply new knowledge at work and sharing with other team members. Participate in company education program by providing employee training.
Requirements:
- experience in construction project management and supervision
