- Passion for flowers and plants and the importance these items play in our everyday lives.
- Ability and experience to manage and schedule 8+ individuals on a daily basis.
- Effective communication skills; Proficient in grammar, spelling, the English language and math; bi-lingual a plus
- Time management, self-motivation, attention to detail, strategic planning, and problem solving
- Basic computer skills; typing minimum 40 words per minute (50+ WPM preferred)
Job Duties
- Recruits, hires, trains, evaluates, and terminates
- Able to develop procedures along with those already in place to maximize efficiency and increase sales/average spend per customer
- Leads and motivates others by example
- Addresses and resolves customer complaints
- Monitor out/incoming calls
- Respond to customer emails
- Prepare daily and monthly billing statements
- Facilitate team meetings and training sessions for operations, sales and customer service
- Maintain open lines of communication with staff and management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Generate regular reports on call center performance
Experience
- Phone Etiquette: 2 years (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
- Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
- Management: Minimum 1 year (Required)
