Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent communication skills to provide exceptional guest service. Responsibilities: - Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check guests in and out efficiently - Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department - Assist guests with requests and provide information about hotel services - Handle reservations and cancellations accurately - Process payments and maintain guest accounts - Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times Requirements: - Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred - Proficiency in using phone systems with excellent phone etiquette - Knowledge of hotel management systems is a plus - Multilingual abilities are advantageous for guest interactions - Familiarity with night audit procedures is beneficial - Strong interpersonal skills for effective guest relations - A degree or certification in Hospitality Management or related field is desirable
