Natural Gas Treatment Sales Experience
Stable, growth-oriented, customer focused design and build manufacturer of Natural gas treatment seeks a self-motivated, proven Business Development / Salesperson for a new position. The successful candidate will have a Five to Ten (5 to 10) years of experience in Natural Gas Treatment, a degree in Chemical Engineering and a proven history of successfully developing new business.
Relaying the specifications and requirements from the Customer is key and working with the other team members to develop the design and build process involved.
The candidate must be able to build client relationships, maintain excellent customer service, and meet deadlines. Our reputation is derived from our quality service, dedication, and commitment to our customers. Compensation structure includes a base salary and a commission plan.
Essential Qualifications and Duties:
- Ability to generate sales, building and design based on specifications by interpreting a customer’s needs and desires.
- Five to Ten (5 to 10) of sales experience in the Natural Gas industry is required.
- Technical understanding of equipment involved in the Natural Gas industry.
- Ability to create and maintain excellent relationships with Customers that maximizes their satisfaction while providing profitability.
- Develop a sales plan and contacting to develop new customers.
- Ability to control the sales processes with customers.
- Experience with the availability and costs of equipment.
- Maintain relationships with past and new customers.
- Must have experience using Microsoft Office Suites Programs.
- Team player that works well with others and has the ability to learn and grow.
- Project a positive presence in the selling process and negotiations to maximize revenues and gross margins
- Proven time management and organizational skills
- Strong follow up skills
- Chemical Engineering Bachelor’s degree a plus. Equivalent experience is acceptable.
