We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to commit to the responsibilities of preserving the condition and functionality of the property. Perform an array of maintenance tasks in plumbing, electrical, HVAC repairs and maintenance. Be thorough, professional, and pay attention to detail. The ideal candidate must be able to work independantly and responsibly by following all health and safety guidelines. Perform assigned tasks in a timely manner to maintain buildings, common areas, and grounds.
Responsibilities:
- HVAC Experience and EPA certification
- Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, repair circuit breaker panels, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and repair appliances (Refrigerators, dishwashers, garbage disposals, microwaves, stove/oven.)
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Dependable and reliable.
- Detailed oriented.
- Perform manual repairs when needed.
- Great communication skills with residents, staff and vendors.
- A minimum of 2 years property maintenance experience in the Multi-Family industry.
- Rotating on-call.
- Sign on bonus after 90-Days
License:

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
