JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Technical Delivery Manager will inspire, implement and support ecommerce and marketplace within DrivenBrands. You will work closely IT and business partners to execute our day to day, to enable our vision for growth . You will motivate by making innovation and analytics part of day-to-day business, to bring visibility to growth opportunities, and to drive fast, focused decision making. Your role will be both technical and functional, with hands on opportunities across our ecommerce and marketplace solutions.
Responsibilities

Collaborates with the Business, PMO, Finance and other Technology teams to design, develop and support technical solutions for multiple B2B businesses.

Provides design recommendations based on long-term IT organization strategy utilizing appropriate software engineering processes.

Delivers enterprise level application and custom integration solutions including major enhancements and interfaces, functions and features.

Leads and engages in problem solving and troubleshooting design and development issues and provides appropriate solutions.

Effectively communicates business needs and priorities to software development team and coordinates efforts to complete the work efficiently, via Agile.

Strategically communicates project status updates to end-users and leaders throughout the SDLC process

Maintains a strong business acumen to effectively shift software development focus from optimizing development efficiency to driving business effectiveness, value creation and growth.

Remains current on evolving technology, software development processes, languages and front / back-end technologies in to improve solutions value and growth.

Leads associates and multi- sourced, contract offshore team

Accountable for Security and Controls of new and legacy systems

Accountable for financials- estimation, tracking and managing for day to day operations and projects

Provides coaching and mentorship to members of the cross functional team.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years experience with .Net, Java, C#, SQL, Python or R
-
5+ years experience in participating and leading Agile activities and ceremonies
-
5+ years experience leading teams, preferred onshore offshore mix
-
5+ years in B2B or B2C retail, or insurance
-
3+ years experience with JIRA or similar
-
3+ years experience with applications that integrate with data solutions (DW, ML, AI)

Very strong business-writing skills, ability to synthesize complex concepts, and translate to business opportunity

Strong planning, priority setting, and project management skills to manage multiple projects and resources in a fast-paced environment

Highly effective at cultivating relationships across diverse teams (technical teams as well as key business partners)
