-Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel or resort. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of hospitality. This role requires a deep understanding of customer service, as well as a strong background in hospitality management.
Responsibilities:
- Supports operations activities (Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Guest Orders)
- -Participate in daily standup meetings to review action item list
- -Support Management to maintain action item list with team on a daily basis. Follow-up with team for outstanding actions as necessary.
- -Inspect Units after Housekeeping and Refill Supplies prior to Guest Checkin
- -Ensure all checklist are filled and issues are reported as soon as possible
- -Support management team to follow-up with team to ensure all checklist are filled and issues are reported as soon as possible.
- -Ensure operation activities are completed no later than 20 minutes before guest deadlines
- -Resolve all issues within capacity prior to guest arrival
- -Report issues to maintenance team and leasing office and follow-up to ensure resolution prior to guest checkin
- -Responsible for performing monthly Inspections for assigned units and ensure missing/broken items are replaced or maintained
- Responsible for calling Guest during stay and after Check-out (when guest leave less than 5 Star Review)
- Responsible for Scheduling monthly maintenance activities with all stakeholders
- Responsible for organizing concierge services & upsells offered from the units or store
- -Responsible for maintaining content on guest app with updated content and special offers
- -Responsible for calling local businesses and entrepreneurs for special offers/coupons to guest
- -Responsible for calling arriving guests to offer upsells
- -Perform duties by themselves, assign to associates or subcontract to 3 parties Includes: Airport Pickup/Drop-off, Bag Storage, Grocery Pickup, Romance Package, Birthday Package, Baby Shower Package, Office Meeting Package, In-Room Private Chef
- Responsible for maintaining housekeeping/ inspection checklists; Ensure checklists are completed on time
- Contributes to Monthly marketing execution plan and branding campaign for Gaetro Group
- Approve damage deposit charges and problematic guest
Skills:

Preferred:
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including housekeeping, front desk, and guest services.
- Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, restaurant, hospitality, hotel, short term rental industries
- Experience with hospitality management software and systems.
- Previous experience in business sales and marketing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour
