A dynamic Clinical Laboratory/Mobile Phlebotomy all-in-one service company is seeking a results-driven HOME HEALTH Sales/Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate will be an expert in customer relationship management, strategic planning, and sales initiatives. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and generating revenue with a book of business made up of Home Health Care Companies.
Duties:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance the customer base and boost revenue generation.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and partnerships to foster growth.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
- Conduct thorough market research to pinpoint trends, competitive landscapes, and potential avenues for expansion.
- Skillfully negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure mutually beneficial deals.
- Achieve sales targets and monitor performance against goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales materials and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to effectively position our services in the market.
Qualifications:
- Must have a proven sales experience and an existing book of business made up of either clinical laboratories, Medicare or other Medical insurer companies.
- A minimum of 5 years in clinical laboratories, Medicare or other Medical Insurer companies.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or related fields.
- Strong project management skills to oversee business development initiatives effectively.
- Demonstrated expertise in market analysis and strategic planning.
- Experience in sales, particularly within the specified industry segments such as Home Health Care.
- Excellent communication skills to foster relationships with clients.
- Ability to work autonomously and deliver results independently.
