Requirements:
- Master's (Required)
- All candidates MUST be licensed in the State of Illinois: (LCPC/LCSW, LMFT)
- Trauma-Informed
- Able to implement and follow through with practice systems and guidelines
- Can work at least 2-3 evenings
- Be collaborative, able to receive constructive feedback, effectively communicate, be organized, and work autonomously
- Provide high quality, compassionate and ethical outpatient mental health therapy to clients as scheduled.
Responsibilities:
- Grow and maintain a caseload of 20-25 clinical contact hours per week
- Provide counseling to individuals, couples
- Conduct Psychosocial Assessment and mental health screenings for all clients.
- Complete Progress Notes and Psychotherapy Treatment Plan and billing documents in a timely manner.
- Maintain professional and ethical requirements for licensure
- Maintain good standing with insurance entities.
- Contact and schedule clients timely + professionally
- Actively pursue further training to refine and enhance clinical skills + knowledge
- Complete clinical documentation in accordance with insurance contract parameters
- Be aware of community referral sources and refer when necessary.
- Secure client information per HIPAA standards.
- Maintain case files within electronic health record (EHR) that are up to date
Available Positions: LCPC, LCSW, LMFT
Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time; Hourly-Based Pay (no salary)
Schedule: Flexible between Monday through Saturday; Can include morning, afternoon, and evening hours
- Expected hours: 20-25 clients per week (25hrs min. for benefits)
- Part-time Hours: 10-15 clients per week
- Be available for client sessions work (2) evenings per week or one evening and one weekend (6 hours) per week. Note: Evenings defined as working until 8:00 pm.
- Attend occasional mandatory staff meetings.
Work Location:
- Primarily in-person, in office
- Telehealth may be provided to meet the needs of specific clients or circumstances
