At Shine Creative we produce award winning content for the screen. Any screen. Any size. Anywhere. From start to finish, or anywhere in between. Our media production services include award winning video and film production, video and audio post-production, writing, conceptualization and art direction.
We are looking for a temporary runner for the upcoming political season to help with the heavy workload of our front desk manager, at our main location. This is an entry level position.
Start Date - ASAP
End Date - November 1st 2024
Work Schedule - 9am to 5pm
Some late work hours/overtime may be required.
Please note that this is a temporary position, and the right candidate can learn a lot about the production business in this busy and exciting time with Shine Creative.
Must be eligible to work in the US.
Responsibilities :
- Order lunches and possible dinners for clients and employees
- Make sure fridges and snacks in each room are fully stocked everyday
- Run any errands needed (i.e. checking for mail at local UPS store, shipping items at FedEx store)
- Helping with any deliveries at the office
- Ordering any necessary office supplies/snacks and drinks
- Answering phones
Compensation: $20 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, 8 hrs a day
- Some weekends and late nights
Experience:
- Office administration, (Preferred)
Education:
- High school, or equivalent (Preferred)
