Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Business Development at Sigma Robotics, located in the Greater Chicago Area. As the Head of Business Development, you will be responsible for leading the company's business development efforts, including business planning, sales, account management, and overall strategy. You will work closely with the executive team to identify new business opportunities, develop relationships with key clients, and drive revenue growth for the company.
Qualifications
- Strong business planning and strategy development skills
- Proven track record in sales and account management
- Experience in business development and identifying new opportunities
- Analytical skills to evaluate market trends and competitors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in the robotics or manufacturing industry is a plus
- At least 3 years of Robotic Automation or Industrial Equipment Sales in last 5 years
- At least 10 years of Industrial environment work experience
- Willingness to travel to customer’s site

Salary:
1st year $70K - $250K + Generous commission structure
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
