Customer Service Representative Needed for Fast Growing Online Plant Nursery.
- Position will include answering customer questions by both phone and email.
Below are the requirements that you must have for the job. Please do not contact us if you do not have the following as a minimum:
-Basic plant knowledge with a strong interest in learning more.
- Prior customer service experience and experience with conflict resolution with customers
- Proficiency in typing and using computer software. This will include mail software, helpdesk/CRM software and ecommerce hosting software as well as proficiency in using spreadsheets.

Compensation is negotiable based on level of experience. After probationary period you will be eligible for benefits and bonus/profit sharing programs.
Job Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record customer information within our customer service database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Other duties as requested
