Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle clerical tasks, and assist in office management duties.
Duties:
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, answering phones, creating new client files
- Assist in assembling tax returns, mailing invoices, calling clients to confirm appointments
- Provide client support and handle inquiries
- Assist with accounting office administrative tasks as needed
- Manage front desk operations and greet visitors
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in clerical or office assistant roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with file management and maintaining records
- Previous experience is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
