Our TEAM seeks Intensive-In-Community (IIC) providers who will offer clinical services, behavioral modification, parent coaching, family therapy, substance abuse assessments, counseling, and biopsychosocial evaluations, amongst other services, based on employment status. Services are offered to recipients in home
Behavioral Therapy experience a plus.
Responsibilities: (based on certification and licensing)
- Follow protocols based on Medicaid guidelines and systems involved, if any, such as CSOC- Children System of Care.
- Provide individual and/or family therapy based on individual needs.
- Work in collaboration with all service agencies involved with the family, such as Care Management Organization (CMO), Mobile Response Stabilization Services (MRSS), Family Support Organization (FSO), Department of Children Protection and Permanency (DCP & P) (Formerly DYFS), but not limited to.
Job Offers:
- Part-Time up to Full-Time hours.

REQUIREMENTS:
Intensive In-Community Providers (Non-Clinical Masters/CSW/LSW/LAC):
- Master's degree in a mental health field, such as psychology, social work, or counseling.
- State license in good standing to practice in New Jersey.
- At least two years of experience in mental health services.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be flexible and compliant with supervision requirements (varies based on employment status, certification, and licensing)
- Must have a valid driver's License.
Intensive In-Community Provider (Clinical LCSW/LPC/LFT):
- A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field and a license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Practitioner counseling (LPC) or Licensed in Family Therapy (LFT) in the state of New Jersey.
- Strong clinical skills and experience in providing therapy and counseling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing high-quality care to clients.
- Must be flexible and compliant with supervision requirements (varies based on employment status, certification, and licensing)
- Must have a valid Drivers License

- 10-19
- 20-29

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour

Must have college degree, BA or BS degree For Behavioral Assistants (BA), you must hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology, Social Work, or other related Human Service Degrees. Certified BA's are a plus. Valid drivers license and complete criminal back ground check.

Pay: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour
