Audley Consulting Group (ACG) is seeking a Budget Analyst Coordinator to support the federal client with Capitol Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) efforts. You will assist in planning and documenting projects and artifacts related to various IT investments.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an accurate account of IT Investments/Systems.
- Prepare and maintain spreadsheets and other documents for tracking IT investments.
- Participate in the investment review process for IT systems and programs; monitor and evaluate the performance of IT Investments/systems based on CPIC and FITARA requirements.
- Maintain and be able to follow documented processes and develop processes to improve operations.
- Assist CPIC staff in preparing IT Investment CPIC Scorecards and other documentation.
- Develop PowerPoint presentations and ensure training material is current.
- Participate in working groups related to the management and oversight of activities.
- Prepare meeting minutes, and document actions items and recommendations.
- Format and finalize documentation in Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Populate, maintain, and organize SharePoint site.
Qualifications
- Possess a minimum of 2 years IT Investments in government.
- Experience in managing investments (financial budgets) from a portfolio perspective
- Be customer service focused.
- Ability to recognize problems and recommend solutions to proactively address issue to support CPIC team.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skill.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience with MS Office (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to create formulas and pivot tables in Excel.
- Excellent prioritization skills.
- Organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Able to work quickly and accurately.
- Ability to perform the duties listed above.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPIC Support experience .
