Sales Development Representative
At Mountain West Stairlifts, we know that the key to growth is a high-performing sales team. That’s why we’re seeking a qualified Sales Development Representative (SDR) to screen and schedule potential customers who could benefit from our products and services. As the first line of communication with a prospect, the ideal SDR has a strong understanding of the sales process and excels at quickly establishing new relationships, converting prospects into opportunities, and setting up sales closers for success. The SDR should be a quick learner who has very strong communication skills and an ability to rapidly build trust and consistently perform against aggressive SLAs and KPIs. Every potential customer represents an opportunity for boosting top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability - this will be your role.
- Respond to all inbound inquiries via live voice, voicemail, email, spreadsheet, information registrations, chats, and other lead and prospect collection methods
- Cultivate initial engagement with prospects (qualified leads)
- Convert prospects into opportunities by scheduling in-home evaluations for the sales team
- Participate in design and refinement, and follow a process to ensure all leads and prospects are effectively tracked and monitored
- Provide timely reporting on the lead status of channels and campaigns, including weekly lead qualification and opportunity reports.
- Pass prospects over to the sales team
- Reliably deliver against very aggressive SLAs and KPIs
- 4 or more years experience in lead qualification/demand generation, with a track record of exceeding targets - preferably in-home services sector
- Excellent verbal (telephone) and written (email/chat) communication skills
- Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Strong attitude for learning and assimilation of technical knowledge
- Ability to pitch in-home products and solutions
- Ability to work independently, as well as a team player
- Motivated, self-starter
- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
Salary:$24/hr Uncapped Commissions
