Primary Responsibilities:
- Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude. Answers their questions, begins the write-up process, or directs them to the appropriate person or location.
- Records customer’s name, VIN, tag number, and mileage. Performs vehicle walk around to notate vehicle condition including any existing vehicle damage.
- Helps to controls service traffic flow and parking. Ensures that vehicles are parked in assigned areas, are locked, and all keys are marked and put away correctly.
- Provides coverage for Service Advisors during breaks or time off. Helps to answer incoming calls and makes and records service appointments for customers.
- Helps to maintains clean and safe service drive and service write-up areas.
- Works with others to assist all departments in maintaining an above market Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) score and/or above market retention metrics.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License w/ acceptable driving record
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail
- Be a dedicated, energetic, team player with eagerness to improve the customer experience
- Time management skills and the ability to complete multiple projects on time with varying timelines and priorities
- Must be able to work full-time, M-F
